Below that, the Career Readiness Pathway lays out your six steps — Start class, Build resume, Analyze resume, Analyze speech, Work simulation, and Start interview — so you can always see what's done and what's next. Your Skill Scores climb as you practice; the trend matters more than any single attempt.
